Excellent French Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c. lard
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 5 tbsp. cold water

Directions

  1. Cut the flour, salt, and lard into pea-size pieces.
  2. Combine the egg, vinegar, and cold water and add to the flour mixture.
  3. Roll out to fit size of pie pan(s).
