Pickles

Ingredients

  • 7 c. cucumbers - sliced
  • 1 c. green peppers
  • 1 c. onions - sliced
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. celery seed

Directions

  1. Sprinkle salt and celery seed over cucumbers, peppers, and onions. Let sit.
  2. Combine 2 c. sugar and 1 c. vinegar. Stir until dissolved. Add to above.
  3. Cover & store in refrigerator 2 weeks.
