Overnight Lasagna

- 1 to 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp. dry spaghetti seasoning
- Salt and pepper
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 package lasagna noodles, uncooked
- About 2 c. tomato juice
Directions
- Brown beef and onions. Add seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer this mixture a bit.
- Combine cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and lasagna noodles on the bottom of a well-greased pan.
- Add layer of meat, then cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
- Pour tomato juice over all so you can see juice on sides.
- Cover and refrigerate over night.
- Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
