Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp cold water
- 1 pound of Pecan Halves
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c salt
- 1/2 to 3/4 ground cinnamon

Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees

Beat egg white slightly with hand beater, add water than beat until fluff but not stiff. Fold in pecans.

In a small bowl combine the sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add to pecans and stir to combine.

Butter a cookie sheet and spread pecans in a single layer. Bae for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. cool and package.

Makes a great gift and stores well.

I would store in freezer up to a year.
