Ingredients
- 1 lb. Do Good Chicken Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. cilantro, minimal stems, chopped fine
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 oz. (4 tbsp.) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp lime juice

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, 2 tbsp. cilantro, garlic, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.

In a small bowl, add butter and whisk vigorously for 1 minute. Add 1 tbsp. cilantro, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and lime juice and stir to combine. Set aside.

Preheat grill to medium high.

Place chicken on grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes, or until fully cooked. Brush chicken with cilantro lime butter, about 1 tsp per tenderloin.

Serve with succotash or other seasonal vegetable.
