Ingredients
- 8 oz. bacon, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup chopped sweet onion
- 28 oz. can baked beans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup bottled chili sauce
- Sliced green onion

Preheat oven to 350. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove bacon; drain. Reserve 1 tbsp. drippings in skillet. Cook onion in drippings over medium heat until softened, about 7 minutes.

Stir beans, brown sugar, chili sauce, and cooked bacon into skillet. Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, until heated through and bubbly, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Top with green onion.
