Ingredients
- 8 cups packed fresh basil
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 2 to 4 garlic cloves
- Kosher salt
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan
Directions

Pulse the basil, pine nuts, garlic and 1/2 tsp salt in a food processor or blender until the basil is finely chopped.

With the machine running, gradually add the olive oil and puree until emulsified. Stir in the Parmesan.
