Ingredients
- canner-add 3 quarts water for water bath
- cook beans in boiling water for about 8 or more Heat jars in water in prssure canner-jars upside down
- heat bands
- have teakettle filled with boiling water
Directions

put beans in hot jars

add hot water to about 1 inch from top

add 1/2 t sea salt
-
Put hot lids on tightly
-
place in canner
-
vent- without cock for 10 minutes of white steam

Add cock and bring pressure to 11
-
Cook 25 minutes at 11 pressure

When done, leave cock on and allow to lose pressure for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Remove to rack
-
