Ingredients

- 4 3/4 C flour all purpose
- 2 1/2 t baking soda
- 3 t baking powder
- 1 1/2 C blanched almond meal
- 6 large eggs 3 t vanilla extract
- 4 sticks plus 5 T unsalted butter-room temperature
- 2 1/4 C light brown sugar
- zest of orange
- Add eggs to butter
- Add flour mixture into batter
- Add 2 C sour cream
- oiled floured pans parchment
- 700 grams batter in 10 inch pans
- Now put in fruit on top-put raspberries on edge
- 4 C raspberries
- 2 1/2 C diced pears
- 325-350 for 25-30 minutes

5 sticks butter

Then add 5 C conf sugar-sifted

SWITCH TO WHISK PADDLE

next add 1/2 C maple syrup combined with 3 t vanilla

1/2 t salt

pipe frosting on outside-2 circles around

then in center well spread raspberry jam.

Cover jam with butter cream
