Ingredients
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 C canned chickpeas, drained, liquid preserved
- 1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/3 C Tahini (sesame paste)
- 6 Tbsp Lemon Juice (2 lemons)
- 2 Tbsp Water or liquid from Chickpeas
- 8 dashes Hot Sauce
Directions

Turn on food processor, fitted w/ steel blade and drop in garlic. Process until minced

Add the rest of the ingredients & process until hummus is coarsely pureed.

Taste for seasoning & serve chilled or at room temperature
