Ingredients
- 3 slices of Bread ripped into small pieces.
- 1 C Milk
- 2 lb ground Beef/Pork/Veal
- 2 Eggs
- 1 C Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 C Parsley
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
Directions
- Soak bread pieces in milk.

Combine all other ingredients.

Add bread/milk mixture.

Form into balls (use large cookie scoop).

Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes.

2 1/2 lbs of meat makes approx 60 meatballs.
