Ingredients
- 1 7.2 pkg betty crocker home style fluffy white frosting mix
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 6 T margarine-room temperature
- 1- 10 ounce jar maraschino cherries. drained and chopped
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- chocolate coating
- 1/4 c sweetened condensed milk
- 1 20 ounce pkg chocolate almond bark-broken into smaller pieces
- 1 bag milk chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 c dry roasted salted peanuts- finely chopped
- 1 T vegetable oil

mix with paddle frosting mix, powdered sugar. margarine. cherries. vanilla. and condensed milk,

medium to high and beat 4 minutes.using a small cookie scoop make balls

Freeze until firm 1-2 hours

CHOCOLATE COATING

melt almond bar, choc chips. roasted peanuts and oil

Dunk balls into chocolate and put back onto parchment paper

refrigerate until completely hardened- about 29 minutes
