Ingredients

  • 1 7.2 pkg betty crocker home style fluffy white frosting mix
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 6 T margarine-room temperature
  • 1- 10 ounce jar maraschino cherries. drained and chopped
  • 1/2 t vanilla extract
  • chocolate coating
  • 1/4 c sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 20 ounce pkg chocolate almond bark-broken into smaller pieces
  • 1 bag milk chocolate chips
  • 2 1/2 c dry roasted salted peanuts- finely chopped
  • 1 T vegetable oil

Directions

  1. parchment on baking sheet

  2. mix with paddle frosting mix, powdered sugar. margarine. cherries. vanilla. and condensed milk,

  3. medium to high and beat 4 minutes.using a small cookie scoop make balls

  4. Freeze until firm 1-2 hours

  5. CHOCOLATE COATING

  6. melt almond bar, choc chips. roasted peanuts and oil

  7. Dunk balls into chocolate and put back onto parchment paper

  8. refrigerate until completely hardened- about 29 minutes

  9. Store in refrigerator
