Burrito shells

A staple during my time in France! We had almost weekly burrito fêtes.

Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup milk (or 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup water)
- 1/2 cup oil
Directions

Mix together and roll out on well-floured surface.

Fry in hot pan.

Serve with beans, cheese, tomatoes, peppers, onion, crême fraiche, Harissa, lettuce…
