Burrito shells

A staple during my time in France! We had almost weekly burrito fêtes.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 cup milk (or 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup water)
  • 1/2 cup oil

Directions

  1. Mix together and roll out on well-floured surface.

  2. Fry in hot pan.

  3. Serve with beans, cheese, tomatoes, peppers, onion, crême fraiche, Harissa, lettuce…
