Sauteed Tilapia with Sweet Basil

If frozen remove packaging and thaw in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours. Or thaw for 30 minutes in bowl of cold water.

Ingredients
- 12 oz Tilapia fillets
- 1T olive oil
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 t. dried basil or 1 T. chopped fresh basil
- 1/8 t. salt and pepper
- 1 lemon
- paprika
Directions

Brush Tilapia fillets with olive oil and set aside.

Mix flour, cheese, basil, salt and pepper together in a bowl.

Coat fish with this mixture.

Melt margarine in skillet on very low heat.

Cover and saute fish about 10 minutes per side, squeezing on fresh lemon and sprinkling with paprika.
