My mother in law makes this and it’s super yummy. You could also use the homemade sauce recipe I have from her as well.

This is a good way to use your left over mash potatoes. The kids actually ate this too… although it’s not the healthiest so it wouldn’t be a regular in my home.. it’s a nice, lazy treat.
