  • Coriander to serve
  • greek yogurt
  • garlic cloves sliced
  • 2cm piece fresh ginger grated
  • 700g desiree potatoes cut into 2cm pieces
  • brown onion cut into wedges
  • Olive oil or Coconut Oil
  • chilli powder
  • ground coriander
  • ground cumin
  • garam marsala
  • ground turmeric
  • salt
