THIS IS WHAT I USED TO USE…I NOW USE VALARIE’S FALSE CHAMPAGNE PUNCH IN THIS BOOK
This is an old recipe from the ’70’s. This used to be my tried and true punch that I always made for Christmas Parties…but now I use the much easier “False Champagne” punch, recipe in this book.
- each 18 ounce can apple juice
- pineapple-orange juice
- pineapple-grapefruit juice
- cold ginger ale
THIS IS THE PUNCH THAT LINDA CURRENTLY USES FOR THE COKER CHRISTMAS PARTY!
This is easy and I use this often because it is so good…it is also easy to add to when you need more. Tip: Save one of your ginger ale bottles to pour any left over punch in for the next day.
- large frozen concentrated apple juice thawed
- cranberry juice
- lemon juice
- sugar
- tea bags
- water
- ginger ale
The best “instant” hot chocolate mix I’ve ever had!
Makes great gifts and is great to take on camp outs!!
- powdered dairy creamer
- each 2 pound boxes Nestle's Quick
- each 8 qt. box instant non-fat dry milk
- powdered sugar
This is a very old recipe I found in my mothers files. I remember getting to take sips of it as a child…not very much…I remember it being a sweet wine. I actually looked it up on line and her recipe was exactly like the one on line…I used their words for my directions.
This is an easy recipe for homemade wine. You can choose whatever flavor you like…but DON’T USE A CITRUS flavor. Grape is perfect.
This wine is a bit stronger than regular table wine. It is great for cooking as well as drinking.
- sugar
- frozen juice concentrate...any flavor except citrus...thawed.
Black punch?? That’s right. This potion creates a beverage the color of the darkest night!
You can make this even more fun…freeze water in latex gloves for your ice and have spooky frozen hands floating around in your punch bowl! Use a black plastic caldron for your punch bowl. (Be sure your latex gloves are not the kind with powder in them.)
- sugar
- ginger ale chilled
- ice water
