- sunflower seeds
- crushed almonds – I used my food processor to grind them up
- raisins
- ground flax
- molasses
- brown rice syrup – you could use honey as well [wouldn't be vegan though]
- all spice
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- ground cloves
