The original recipe was for mini loaves, and it works as a big loaf as well, but I find I like the sauce to loaf ration better when I cook it in a baking pan. I always double the recipe and bake it in a 9×13 pan because the leftovers are tasty as well.

I use the no bake method and it is super chewy. I tried baking, and they were still tasty, suggested replacing the sweetener with the sunbutter to make less sweet and add protein. Will have to try soon.
You can experiment with the additions. Maybe a different kind of cereal or pumpkin seeds. I am also thinking about trying maple syrup instead of honey.
