Original recipe was for 2 loaves, but I have never made it that way. I am guessing it would still be fine with my adaptations, but can’t make any promises.
ready in about an hour and 5 minutes;

You might need to buy:
- baking soda
- large eggs
- canned pumpkin or sweet potato
- rolled oats
- all purpose flour
- cinnamon
- salt
- baking powder

- molasses
- honey
- vanilla
- coconut oil
- canola oil
- rice krispies
- pumpkin seeds
- crystalized ginger diced into small pieces
I use the no bake method and it is super chewy. I tried baking, and they were still tasty, suggested replacing the sweetener with the sunbutter to make less sweet and add protein. Will have to try soon.
You can experiment with the additions. Maybe a different kind of cereal or pumpkin seeds. I am also thinking about trying maple syrup instead of honey.
