  • whole milk
  • dried thyme
  • flour
  • butter
  • FOR THE CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP:
ready in about 10 minutes; serves 4
You might need to buy:
  • small brussels sprouts
  • fine-grain sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • grated cheese of your choice
