You might need to buy:
- Cooper’s Sharp American cheese
- FOR THE CASSEROLE:
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable or beef broth
- whole milk
- dried thyme
- flour
- butter
- FOR THE CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP:
ready in about 10 minutes;
serves 4
You might need to buy:
- small brussels sprouts
- fine-grain sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- grated cheese of your choice
