Old Farm Recipe.
The peppers used in this…“Arbol” are not real hot. Can be found dried in the Mexican spice section of your grocery. Some groceries carry them fresh.

You might need to buy:
  • distilled water
  • canning & pickling salt
  • vinegar 90-100 grain or 10% acidity
  • sugar
  • -
  • OTHER INGREDIENTS:
  • garlic in each jar
  • fresh dill OR 1 scant tablespoon dill seed
  • BRINE FOR 12 PINTS:

Haven’t tried this version.
There is another recipe in this book actually called Quasaks. This one is different.

I haven’t tried this but mother and Totsy’s was always good.
