I haven’t tired this recipe yet but I think I might substitute the bran cereal with crushed ritz crackers. I will skip the lemon peel and drizzle lemon juice over the fish with the oil and I will omit cilantro.

- milk
- pepper
- grated lemon peel
- Fiber Oneā¢ original bran cereal
- salt 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- SAUCE
- reduced-fat or fat-free mayonnaise
- lemon juice
