Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 pound pork loin roast
  • 1 package McCormack Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 package sandwich rolls

Directions

  1. Place pork in slow cooker.

  2. Mix seasoning, ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar until blended.

  3. Pour over pork.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

  5. Shred pork using 2 forks.

  6. Return to slow cooker.

  7. Mix and heat with sauce before serving.

  8. Serve on sandwich rolls.
