Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- 2 pound pork loin roast
- 1 package McCormack Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 package sandwich rolls
Directions

Place pork in slow cooker.

Mix seasoning, ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar until blended.

Pour over pork.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Shred pork using 2 forks.

Return to slow cooker.

Mix and heat with sauce before serving.

Serve on sandwich rolls.
