Ingredients

• 3 medium acorn squash
• 18 baby link pork sausage
• 1 #2 can apple pie filling
• 1/4 cup (firmly packed) brown sugar

Directions

1. Pace whole squash in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

2. Place sausage links on rack in shallow baking pan and place in oven. Bake for 25 minutes longer.

3. Remove sausage and squash from oven. Cut squash in half lengthwise. Combine pie filling and sugar and spoon into squash. Place sausages in apple mixture and bake for 15 minutes longer or until squash is tender.
