Baked Stuffed Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp, milk
  • Fish fillets
  • Lemon juice

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients for stuffing.

  2. Place 2 fillets, crossing each other, into each individual baking dish; place stuffing in each dish. Pull fillets together, fastening with toothpicks; sprinkle with lemon juice.

  3. Bake at 375 degrees until fish is tender and golden brown.
