Ingredients
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp, milk
- Fish fillets
- Lemon juice
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients for stuffing.

Place 2 fillets, crossing each other, into each individual baking dish; place stuffing in each dish. Pull fillets together, fastening with toothpicks; sprinkle with lemon juice.

Bake at 375 degrees until fish is tender and golden brown.
