Ingredients
- 3 anchovies
- Olive oil
- 2 egg yolks
- Red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoons mustard seeds toasted
Directions

Mix egg yolks in cold bowl with mustard seeds, anchovies and garlic. SLOWLY add oil and vinegar while stirring. Add salt and pepper to taste
