Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. potato flakes
- 1 c. canned milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 7-8 c. flour
Directions

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. warm water. Set aside.

Pour 1 c. boiling water over potato flakes. Add canned milk, eggs, oil, sugar, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Add 4 cups flour and dissolved yeast. Mix until smooth.

Add 3-4 cups more flour. Knead 10 minutes.

Let rise until doubled (about an hour).

Shape into 3 loaves or dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, ham and cheese rolls, or pizza rolls. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes (for bread) or 20 minutes (for rolls).
