Ingredients
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 med onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 med carrots, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 cup diced turkey or chicken
- 1 cup uncooked wild rice
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 can cream of potato soup
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup peas
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup water
Directions

Saute onions. Put onion, carrot, turkey, wild rice, soup and pepper in crock pot. Pour broth on top. Cover and cook 6-8 hours until rice and veggies are tender. Add mushrooms and peas in last 15 min. Mix milk and cornstarch and add to soup. Cover and cook 20 more minutes
