Jerked Honey Rum Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoning (see recipe)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp dark rum

Directions

  1. Combine seasoning, honey and rum. Brush onto meat just before and during grilling.
