Ingredients
- 1/2 large ripe avocado
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1 thick slice whole-grain toast
- 1 1/2 oz. burrata
- 1 tsp sliced basil
- 1 tsp minced chives
- Pinch of Aleppo pepper
Directions

Mash avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper with a fork in a small bowl. Spread on toast and top with burrata, basil and chives and a pinch of pepper.
