Chicken and Couscous

Chicken with gravy. Serve over couscous.

Cook time: 10 minutes
Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1 lb. chicken
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 3/4 c. couscous
Directions

Cube raw chicken and dredge in flour/salt/pepper mixture.

Heat oil.

Add chicken to oil and fry for a minute or so. Gradually stir in water and milk.

Simmer in gravy for several minutes.

Serve over cooked couscous (or rice).
