Easy Vegan French Toast

Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • 3/4 C soy milk
  • 11/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • bread
  • Earth Balance or other vegan butter

Directions

  1. Mix first four ingredients, dip both sides of bread in it, and fry in butter.
