Ingredients
- 2 pounds small red "new" potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 quarts water
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable seasoning

Wash potatoes with skins on and cut into quearters. Larger potatoes should be cut into sixths. In a 4-quart saucepan, add water, salt, and potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook for approximately 10 minutes. potatoes should still be firm. Drain potatoes into a colander and allow to steam for 5 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place potatoes back into saucepan with melted butter and vegetable seasoning. Toss gently until evenly coated. Transfer potatoes into a 13×9×2 inch pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until evenly browned and fork-tender.
