Ingredients
- 2 pounds cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 6 eggs
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pie dough, enough for the bottom of a 10-inch cake pan (about half a recipe)
Directions

Grease a 10-inch round cake pan. Roll out pie dough and line bottom of pan with the dough.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, cream cream cheese and sugar. Add heavy cream and sour cream and continue to mix until smooth. Blend in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

Pour mixture into cake pan and bake in a water bath for approximately 2 hours, or until filling is set. Remove from oven and allow to cool at room temperature for 1 hour. Remove from pan and refrigerate.

Serve cold.
