Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 TBSP brown sugar, packed
- 2 TBSP mustard
- 2 TBSP vinegar

In a skillet, brown beef, onion and garlic; drain and set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients except buns in a crockpot; stir in

beef mixture. Cover; cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours or on high

setting for 3 to 4 hours. Spoon onto buns.
