Ingredients
- 4 cups Water divided in 1/2
- 1 onion medium
- 1 large tomato
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4tsp salt
- 3 tbls powdered chicken boulion
- 1/4 green pepper
- 1 package Fideo
- 1/4 bunch cilantro
- 3 tbls corn oil
Directions

Blend together 2 dups water, onion, tomato, garlic, salt, chicken boulion, green pepper

Place oil into an already hot sauce pan under medium fire.

Add the pasta and stir. You want to brown the pasta. Some will be dark brown, some brown and some light brown. Do not burn it.

Add the ingredients that are in the blender. Stir just a bit to get the liquid all around the pasta.

Toss on top the cilantro (chopped into pieces)

Bring to boil, than reduce to simmer and cover. about 15 minutes
