Beef Milanesa

I do not put limes on mine, but my dh loves it that way. Ketchup is a must for anyone.

Ingredients

Directions

In first place place flour, second eggs beaten, and last the breadcrumbs

Dust the meat lightly with flour, dip into egg, and coat with bread crumbs, (pounding in the crumbs into meat)

(may refrigerate one hour)

In a skillet, heat oil to a depth of about 1/4 inch

Fry the meat until brown and crisp, (not dark brown! careful not to burn)

Serve with limes and ketchup
