No-Cal Cucumber Cooler

Ingredients
- 5 mint leaves
- 4 medium cucumbers
- 1 small lime
- 1 medium orange
- 6 cups of cold water

Bruise mint leaves with a dull object to release their flavor. Peel, seed and slice the cucumbers. Wash and slice the lime and the orange. Place all ingredients along with the cold water in a large pitcher. Let steep in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Pour liquid through a strainer into tall glasses and garnish with a mint leaf or lime slice. May be refrigerated for up to 24 hours. (Note: If left unstrained longer than 2 hours, liquid will become bitter.)
