Omelette with Vegetables and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 c milk (1%)
  • 1/4 c broccoli florets
  • 1 T chopped green onions
  • 1/8 c chopped red bell peppers
  • 1 oz shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Combine eggs and milk, beat well.

  2. Pour egg mixture into non-stick omelette pan or skillet.

  3. Chop all vegetables.

  4. Add chopped vegetables and cheese.

  5. Cook on medium heat until egg begins to bubble.

  6. Fold over half of egg to cover ham and cheese.

  7. Flip egg over and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until egg is cooked.
