Chicken Salad with grapes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 large stalk celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 - 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • pinch ground cumin or curry powder
  • 2T. finely chopped freshly parsley or chives
  • 1 1/4 c. red or green grapes, cut in half

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients.

  2. Serve on a bed of lettuce, with toast or surrounded by and assortment of thinly sliced raw vegetables.
