Ingredients
- 3/4 c. cooked chicken
- 1 large stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 - 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- pinch ground cumin or curry powder
- 2T. finely chopped freshly parsley or chives
- 1 1/4 c. red or green grapes, cut in half

Mix ingredients.

Serve on a bed of lettuce, with toast or surrounded by and assortment of thinly sliced raw vegetables.
