Black Bean and Corn Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz. cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 14 1/2 oz. can Mexican stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 11 oz. can whole kernal corn, drained
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 -3T chili powder
  • 1 t. ground cumin
  • 1/2 t. dried minced garlic or 2 cloves fresh garlic.
  • optional add 1 rib clelery, sliced thinly and 1 small green pepper

Directions

  1. cook on high 5 -6 hours in slowcooker
