Ingredients
- 2 15 oz. cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 14 1/2 oz. can Mexican stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 11 oz. can whole kernal corn, drained
- 2 green onions
- 2 -3T chili powder
- 1 t. ground cumin
- 1/2 t. dried minced garlic or 2 cloves fresh garlic.
- optional add 1 rib clelery, sliced thinly and 1 small green pepper
Directions
