Ingredients
- 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 t. ground mustard
- 1 1/2 t. paprika
- 1/2 t. celery salt
- 1/4 t. ginger
- 1/8 t. dried oregano
- 1/8 t. dried basil
- 1/8 t. salt
- pinch of pepper
- 3/4 " thick pork loin chops (4)
- 1 - 2 T. cooking oil
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
Directions

In a shallow dish, combine first ten ingredients.

Dredge pork chops on both sides.

In a skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides.

Place in a greased 13 × 2 baking ish.

Combine ketchup, water and brown sugar. Pour over chops.

Bake, uncovered @ 350 degrees for one hour or until tender.
