Asparagus gnocchi

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 medium potatoes
- 3 spears asparagus
- 1 tbsp. lemon zest
- 1/2 c. flour (or as needed)
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp. pesto sauce
Directions

Nuke asparagus 1 minute then mush

Nuke potatoes 5 minutes

Bring a pot of water to the boil

Take out flesh and mash

Grate lemon zest

Mix potato, asparagus and zest and add flour until stiff

Roll out into a tube

Cut into half inch pieces and shape

Cook in boiling water (take out 30 sec after rises to top)
