Mexican Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can green chiles
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffins
  • 1/2 c butter, melted
  • 1 tsp cumin

Directions

  1. Mix together. Pour into lightly greased 3 qt oval slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 5 hrs. Stir before serving.

  2. Opt: add 1/4 cheese at the end of cooking time.
