Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 can corn
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can green chiles
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffins
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 1 tsp cumin
Directions

Mix together. Pour into lightly greased 3 qt oval slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 5 hrs. Stir before serving.

Opt: add 1/4 cheese at the end of cooking time.
