Ingredients
- 16 oz dried black-eyed peas
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 2 cans diced tomatoes with celery, onion, and green bell pepper
- 1 can rotel
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 c diced ham
- 3/4 t salt
- 3/4 t pepper
- 7 garlic cloves
- 1 lb chopped fresh collard greens

Rinse and soak beans.

Cook all ingredients in slow cooker on low 10 hours.
