Ingredients
- 2 cans black-eyed peas, undrained
- 2 cans rotel, undrained
- 1 14 oz can beef broth
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 c water
- 1 c chopped onion
- 3/4 c chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1 1/2 c rice

Cook in crockpot on low 6 hours. Add rice and the end of cooking time.
