McCormick Weeknight Chili

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
- 2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
- 1 15 ounce can red kidney beans, undrained
- 1 package (1 1/4 ounces) McCormick Chili Seasoning
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Chopped onion (optional)
Directions

Cook ground beef or turkey in a 12-inch skillet until no longer pink, stirring often; drain.

Scrape contents of skillet into Crock-pot slow cooker. Stir in a tomato sauce, beans and seasoning.

Cover and cook on LOW for 1 to 2 hours or cook on HIGH for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until done.

Stir chili before serving. Top with cheese and onion if desired.
