Red Beans and Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cans red kidney beans
- salt pork, ham hocks, or sausage cut into chunks
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup water
- chopped onion
Directions

Mix ingredients. Cook 1 hour on High and then 3 hours on low. Serve over rice.
