Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked sausage
- 1 1/2 lb Monterrey Jack cheese (grated)
- 1 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 can (2.2 oz) pitted black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- vegetable oil
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350˚. Combine the cooked sausage, cheeses, salad dressing, olives, and red peppers.

In a greased muffin tin, place 1 wonton per cup. Brush with oil. Bake for 5 minutes or until just turning golden. Remove wontons from muffin tin and place on baking sheet. Fill each star with sausage mixture. Bake for 5 minutes or until bubbly.
